The Lithuanian Sahaja Yoga collective humbly invites all our Sahaj brothers and sisters from around the world to the International SY Baltic Sea Seminar 2025💦
From 23 to 25 May, we will dive into silence and submerge in the joy of collectivity through various Sahaj and creative activities. 🙌
Seminar will include:
- Spiritual ascent 🧘♀️ (Meditations, Havan, shoebeating, footsoaks at the sea and other Sahaja yoga activities…)
- Creative ascent 💃 (Music, Arts/Handcrafts, Dance lessons and other artistic activities). We are waiting for your contribution also!
- Evening program💫 We encourage guests to prepare some little performances as well (doesn’t have to be professional).
- Puja ☀️(will be offered at the lotus feet of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi on the 25th May).
